I like how you expanded on Sawyer as the wolf, the lone wolf. Yet he can be gentled into being civil and even kind. I re-watched the scene where Claire is virtually stuck in place on the beach, the heat and her pregnancy and her constant watch for rescue keeping her riveted; she was an observer much like Sawyer was. Now her need to be watchful has been transferred to Aaron. Sawyer might be untrustworthy in some ways, but he would never intentionally hurt a child. I think...hope...that both Claire and Aaron instinctively know this. I'm so glad you read this. Thank you! :)
