4-toed evolution, huh? That makes sense. My poor abused baby toe is aching at the thought -- maybe if I was evolved, I wouldn't be banging it and cutting it everywhere.
The two-pronged story on and off the island satisfies me, and soothes a lot of my worries about where things are headed.
