you know the only way that worked for me to go spoiler free?
cold turkey.
it's sooooooooooo hard at first. I was a real spoiler ho, would read everything. for a long time, too. Up until a couple of episodes in season 3, in fact. and I stopped, just to try and it's AMAZING the difference it makes. for real. I highly recommend it! after a while it gets easier to not go look and you really avoid it at all cost.
what I don't get with the time thing is... how the hell can they even have a conversation with the "outside world" if there is such a difference in time? it makes my head hurt.
