I'm too much of a baby about pain to ever let it near my eyes.

That said, I've seen women with it done, and when it's done RIGHT it's nice because it means their eyes are always highlighted and looking lovely. The issue is that too many times it ends up either crooked or thicker than they'd ever wear it or not really on the right place, and then what?

Also, eyebrows tattooed on: should not happen. They don't look right.
