I'm so glad you said you liked my characterizations (even Charlie!) because I've decided to set aside all my preconceived notions about my abilities/inabilities to write certain characters and just go for it. And to write nicely -- or at least fairly -- about those I, um, harbor ill will for. It's been quite an experience so far, and who knows what the coming chapters will bring? Er, not me! Here's to the journey, not the destination!
