I already knew, I'm still pissed. Between Riggins and Lyla and Matt maybe taking Julie back--while I like them, I still can't stand how she treated him, as much as I love Riggins, I adore, ADORE Matt.
The only thing I'm happy about is Matt's mother, I loved her on Deadwood, much more than on Lost.

The only reason it disturbs me is that I'm SURE that at some point they said that Matt's mom was dead. I'd hate a soap-opera-ish magically-back-from-the-dead storyline, ugh. I guess until I SEE what they do with it, I'll just have to have faith in the writers. Easier said than done!

I swear they never did, I just assumed she was, I mean, who would leave their son in that situation? I don't know if I want to smack the taste out of her mouth or just know WHY she did that.
That is the exact reason he's the way he is, yes, he's totally sweet and nice, but at the same time, he's kind of shy and stands in the background, it's because he doesn't want to make trouble for anyone, like his grandmother has enough and doesn't need that..but again, he can speak up when he has too and can totally go off too..like when he did on his father...plus add in, what Quarterback that wins State in Texas would be that unassuming? But that's the reason I adore him, he's sweet and kind and gentle and like Jason said to Coach in the hospital...creative too. He's a thinker as well.
But still, I think you can thank that nice grandmother of his over his parents too.
They said he wants something from her, but I don't know what..maybe to come back home so she can take care of his grandmother so he can go away to college? I just hope it doesn't have anything to do with Carlotta, I wasn't a fan of hers all that much. Yes, I may hate Julie sometimes but I kind of wanted him back with her..if she wised up and KISSED HIS ASS.
Two things make me a bit..go offish, Matt being treated badly and Riggins being talked to like he's dirt (and that's usually by Lyla too)
