I thought I was being so clever, using my clipboard as a fail-safe, because what were the odds of both losing the file, AND of having the power supply to the hard drive terminated? Obviously last night they were 100%
I thought I just *might* be clever enough to find something auto-saved, but since it was never a titled document and I didn't specifically tell it *to* save, I don't think it did. bumMER. How do I crash Word on purpose? Sounds like it might be good for a giggle, even if it didn't get the fic back.... ;)
