If I didn't already have The OTP Who Ate My Brain, I might just have a het one AND another slash one now. Um.

...though kiddo cried foul (actually, "cheesy") once.

I like sci-fi. Sue me.

The NAME, omg, the NAME!!! Is that a spoiler? Okay, sue me for that, too, I guess. The Constant. I think that's always underneath what I write about. The constant, the anchor, the one thing that grounds you. Yes.

And there shall be coherent stuff that belongs under a cut tomorrow.

See why I love Daniel, when I had heard that Jeremy Davies was joining the cast, it almost killed me--and these episodes show exactly why.

LOVE HIM.

Penelope and Desmond, Penelope would be his constant..just like in The Odyssey, she is his thread to home, no matter what, she's is what will bring him back.

You know I love sci-fi, I'm just wanting them to explain the paradox problem..they are getting around it perfectly though.

I'm trying hard not to think about the paradox, 'cause if I think about it too hard my brain's gonna do what the hatch did a couple seasons ago. Kablooey!

I thought the reaction on LJ would be more that it was cheesy, but I love how I mostly read OMG EPIC LOVE OTP!!!! instead ♥

Yeah, I meant The Constant...I think it can be taken in the way they meant it -- as something that anchors you in time...but I also see it as someone who anchors your soul -- someone you can always count on to be there no matter what. And Des has that in Penny, and awwwww, SO NOT CHEESY! (Though I did have to tell kiddo to hush her mouth and let mama cry like a baby over the phone call scene!)
