this could be a spammy day...just sayin'

Hey, this is only Thursday. If I'm gonna do my Friday Lost review, I still have one more day to finish it. Cool! Although it's possible that all I was capable of saying about that ep was what I said right afterward about Sawyer. Since I wasn't there (jump into the tv much, Allie?), it was the only thing I could do.
And after reading and commenting on 50+ reviews yesterday (if I didn't reply to yours, it was an oversight and you can 1)smite me with the Jesus stick, and 2) tell me in your own way (quietly and timidly and politely, or "WTF, ALLIE?") that I missed you. OH, I have 3 more to go, I know -- they're the 3 right before mine (
ella_bee, this means you!) 'cuz I was busy writing at the time, so I'll be there asap.
I have one thing to say, though, and I wish I didn't have to say it behind a cut. Maybe I'll say it again unhidden later.
I've read lots of opinions about Sawyer's actions, lack of certain actions, interactions, etc., and some of you have good points. Still, this is the FIRST TIME we've seen someone truly grieve, and I mean GRIEVE. Raw, pure, animal grief. Like a real person would (yeah, I even buy the ring-throwing...grief IS melodramatic). My heart cries and aches and bleeds for my boy, but whether you were on board with their romance or not, it seems that Juliet is getting the send-off she deserves. Thank you, for once, writers.
