So Grey's Anatomy's season premiere is tonight? I hadn't realized. And Last Resort premieres, too. I'm getting too far behind on my reaction posts. But Fridays are usually pretty free days for me, so maybe I could just make a once-a-week post of my (short) reactions to all the shows I watched that week? Hmm.

Giving cats pills sux. I'm just sayin'.

So does water aerobics. I hate it but I'm going back tonight anyway. I'm mostly worried about the chlorine turning my hair green. (misses the saltwater pool in New Orleans...*waves to [livejournal.com profile] elliotsmelliot*)

I'm having phobia issues because I'm deathly allergic to bees and I saw a story on Headline News about zombees. I know they're still a long way away from me now but they could spread. [livejournal.com profile] zelda_zee, have you seen any? Megan says she's got 'em there, too. And your neck of the woods is one of my favorite places to visit. But not if there are zombees.

I have tickets to the Avett Bros. concert in Tuscaloosa on Oct. 11th. I just ordered a t-shirt. I'm gonna make an Avett friend on my flist if it kills me. Warning: I'm about to sing.

things change and get strange, with the movement of time.
its happening right now to you.

So. Tell me something random. Or sing to me. Singing's, like, my favorite thing.

I have never heard of zombees and have no idea if we have them here. All I've seen are the nice, fuzzy bees that like the lavender and oregano in the garden.

I think the story was actually broadcast from your hometown! You don't sound phobic, though, so it's okay. They're called zombees because they swarm around lights for about 2 days and then die. I think they're honeybees, the kind I'm allergic to. I like the fat, fuzzy, clumsy bumblebees in my garden (have no idea if I'm allergic because they're nice and don't sting me). I once had a wasp crawl up the leg of my jeans and sting me 5 times - I had to strip my jeans off in the middle of my backyard! - but my leg didn't swell, so apparently I'm not allergic to them. But the zombees, omg, I'm afraid they'd kill me before they die, just out of spite.

I will think about pretty gardens today. I'll be working in mine, bees be damned. :)

*waves* I am doing aquafit with Juliet once a week. Man, it hurts more with a 20+ lb baby in your arms! I wish it was salt water too. Can you put your hair up so it won't get too wet?

That's great that you're getting her in the water already. I've heard that babies are born knowing how to swim, and the earlier you expose them to it the easier it is for them. And great exercise for you, too! I can't believe Juliet's 20 lbs. and almost a year old already. Tell me what-all she's doing these days. You know I'll never forget her birthday since it's so close to mine!

I also can't believe it's been more than a year since I saw you last. I haven't cut my hair since then, and it's down past my waist, so putting it up is a challenge. I went to the beauty supply store and bought clamps (not clips, but CLAMPS!) to hold it up, but it still takes two of them. And then I twist a plastic shower cap over that 'cause I'm a sinker, not a floater and can't help getting wet, like, up past my quill 'n rose tattoo!

I'll never forget that you were one of the "princesses" that participated in my hair-curling demonstration, lol. You're a good sport. ♥!
