What's the point of decaf, anyway?

The thing with Adam (y'all who saw 3x01 know what I mean) had me very confused about my feelings about my future H5-0 OTP. I was kinda thinking about switching teams, based on prettiness and potential, not anything that happened specifically. But I am confusified no longer!

So Grey's Anatomy's season premiere is tonight? I hadn't realized. And Last Resort premieres, too. I'm getting too far behind on my reaction posts. But Fridays are usually pretty free days for me, so maybe I could just make a once-a-week post of my (short) reactions to all the shows I watched that week? Hmm.

Giving cats pills sux. I'm just sayin'.

So does water aerobics. I hate it but I'm going back tonight anyway. I'm mostly worried about the chlorine turning my hair green. (misses the saltwater pool in New Orleans...*waves to elliotsmelliot*)

I'm having phobia issues because I'm deathly allergic to bees and I saw a story on Headline News about zombees. I know they're still a long way away from me now but they could spread. zelda_zee, have you seen any? Megan says she's got 'em there, too. And your neck of the woods is one of my favorite places to visit. But not if there are zombees.

I have tickets to the Avett Bros. concert in Tuscaloosa on Oct. 11th. I just ordered a t-shirt. I'm gonna make an Avett friend on my flist if it kills me. Warning: I'm about to sing.

FINALLY! I am so excited, 'cause this is like giving myself permission to eat a whole carton of chocolate ice cream - it's the most happy-making don't-have-to-think-too-hard show I've got, tho someday I AM gonna put my thinking cap on and write some fic, I swear.

In honor of the day, I need some new H5-0 icons. Can anybody point me toward the best ones?

I'm keeping busy 'til airtime. I went to the gym and ran errands and did housework and in an hour I'm going to try out a new water aerobics class at the Y. Tomorrow I will be one sore but happy fangirl!

I'm also recording Revolution on the DVR. I've decided to give it eight episodes before I decide whether I'm "in" or not. So far I've only got minor complaints, not even enough to mention. But I certainly wouldn't complain if tonight's ep is even better than last week's!

Fandom, I need you. This show deserves a chance! Forget your Lost bitterness (if you have any). Forget the SPN fangirl wars (I am uninitiated to it, totally out of the loop). Can a creative marriage between the creator of one show and the producer(?) of the other one be all bad?

I need another Avett Brothers fan on my flist SO BAD. Squeeing all alone is sad. Maybe this'll tempt you - they've been playing it in concert forever but are just now releasing it on their new album. Definitely needs to become a single. Down With the Shine

Speaking of 'shine (if you didn't guess what they were singing about; heh, this Tennessee gal got it the first time 'round), I went to see Lawless last night. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. Shia LaBeouf is coming into his own, and Tom Hardy can act with his eyes like nobody's business. Yeah, it's an outlaw movie, but it's really more of a brothers movie. It needs to have the Avett Bros. 'Shine as its theme song!

You know how I cautioned you yesterday to never put anything on the Internet, because it will be there to haunt you forever? Nevermind. Nothing you (or I) could do would be as mortifying (and hilarious) as this:

ETA: I decided I'd better go back and read all 5 just to make sure one of y'all *wouldn't've* written any of these, and actually (and strangely enough), I don't really see the problem with the Jonas Brothers one. I mean, aside from it's the Jonas Brothers...and a wee consentual bit o'statutory rape. The Band of Brothers are sexy and I'd slash them any day.
